Thanks for all your help getting warranty repair work completed prior to the camping season. We had a most enjoyable experience purchasing our new WindRiver TT at Broadmoor RV last October, everyone was very helpful and pleasant. We continue to tell all our friends and relatives what a great experience we had at Broadmoor RV.
Sincerely,
S. Lapp Snohomish, WA
We had a problem with our fridge. It was reading "no-code" I called the local RV dealers and they told me that there would be a diagnostic charge and the the parts and labor would be on top of that in order to repair it.When I asked what the problem would most likely be they said that it is usually a $375.00 circuit board.Keep in mind now this came from three different RV dealers within 100 mi. of Walla Walla. When I called you folks, I spoke with Liz. I gave her the same info that I had given everyone else. I heard her ask "George" in the background about it., she came back to the phone and said, " bring it over and it will take us about a half hr. or maybe a little longer to reset the fridge board." I said "REALLY" "Yep" she said. We came over the next day and you folks were as good as your word. For $100.00 and in about an hr. it was out the door. You didn't try to give us the high pressure, this and that is wrong with your unit, or you should really have one of these. Thanks for a good fix and you now have a new customer Whether it's for a upgrade on our camper or just maint.
Thanks a Bunch! B. Young
We would like to thank Broadmoor RV for the pleasant experience with out new toy. Marta was great showing us RVs in the extreme heat. The cold bottles of water were great! We want to especially thank Alfredo for doing the walk through with us. He was patient and extremely knowledgable. He offered many tips, as we are new to owning an RV. We were very impressed with Alfredo. Please let him know what a great job he does. Everyone was great!
Thank You,
Standridge Mesa, WA
Alfredo You talked me through a refrigerator problem while I was in Colorado. You showed me how to re-light the burner with a BBQ lighter. Had no problem after that. Your patience and willingness to stay with me until it lit up was appreciated. I love that sort of dedication to customer service.
Thank you very much, L. Breer
"Gil and I would like to say a "BIG THANK YOU" for all the staff that came in on their "day off" to complete our purchase of our new Wind River trailer! We have purchased several RV's, and I can say that this was the smoothest, stress-less purchase of all!! All the staff gets a big "atta-boy" from us."

"Providing a testimonial when we have not stepped one foot on the premisies may seem odd but can be done. Camille and I have been searching for the "right" travel trailer for the past two months. We have canvassed many dealerships in the NW part of the state, even traveled to Oregon to visit three other dealerships. When we finally "found" the right one, the dealership we were dealing with in Oregon was less than acceptable, playing "games", as they tend to do. So we decided to look on the internet for the manufacturer and possible dealerships carrying their product. We found Broadmoor RV and James Henrickson. Although we ended up not purchasing the "right" trailer, realizing it was not the best way to go for our situation, the professionalism and courtesy shown by Mr. Henrickson was EXTREMELY impressive. We have made a committment that when we decide on our choice in an rv, James will be the first person we will contact and truly believe we will one day become another of their "family" customers. Thanx James, "we will be back!"

Gene, I thought you should see a picture of a True North in the field. Mike and Ali have had this thing out 4 times already, they love it. I'm told they have not been cold yet when sleeping in it. They like to camp in the sticks and this rig works great. They use every feature on this thing and like I said they love it. Thanks for your help on this one.
Sincerely D. Denchel
We just returned to FL after a week of camping north of Altanta. Most nights dropped down to the high 20's but we were nice & toasty. We never experienced any cold drafts in any of the 3 slide-out areas that we experienced with our old Titanium. Between the fireplace, heat pump & propane furnace, we were very comfortable.

"Thank you to all of the staff at Broadmoor RV. The experience was one that will have a lasting impression on both of us. My husband and I were very apprehensive about purchasing a new camper especially from 2 states away. When we contacted your company we were given sales rep. Shane Forsyth. Shane was very helpful and put us both at ease with his knowledge and willingness to answer all of our questions. By the time we had completed our sale it was still all over the phone conversations and no in person contact. Shane kept the lines of communications open and was there for the simplest of questions. Shane put all of our fears at ease and we were very happy with our choice. After traveling through 2 other states, 377 miles and some iffy winter road conditions we arrived at Broadmoor Rv. We were greeted by a very welcoming and helpful staff. They were all ready for us with a hands on walk through, paperwork and a new hitch. We thank Mr. Ramsey for taking time out of his busy schedule to come out during our walk through and intoduce himself. We were however most impressed that Shane stopped by to meet us even on his day off. It was such a pleasure meeting him and being able to put a face with the voice of someone we never met but spoke with many times on the phone over the course of the previous days before our travel to Broadmoor RV. We have to say that we are still overwhelmed by the professionalism and the overall wonderful experience that we had with Broadmoor RV. We can't wait for all the fun times and memories we will have in our new 2009 Nash. To all of the Broadmoor RV staff Thank you for everything. We will cherish our experience and share it with everyone."

"We had a series of unfortunate breakdowns this summer while in Pasco. Including a major engine component, body damage caused by a tow truck, and several components needed for day to day living in an RV. Including failure of a water pump, a step cover acuator, a roof air conditioner. What had been planned as a one week visit turned into a 7 week nightmare. Your staff went well above and beyond the call of duty to make our repairs as quickly and painless as possible. "Kermit" helped with all the issues, but then had to take off because he was getting marries...Well, let me tell you, Lori Waldo and others stepped in to take up the slack when "Kermit" left on vacation. All spent significant time with our "extended warranty" company to help us get as much reimbursement as possible. They followed-up when parts were received and even scheduled installation of the roof A/C on a Saturday-- we had waited for close to 3 weeks for parts and a replacement unit. The temperature in Pasco this summer exceeded 100 degrees for most of the 7 weeks we were in the area. Our sincere thanks to all of your staff for their assistance. I apologize that this was delayed in reaching you. Right after everything was fixed on the motor home -- our computer crashed and we are just now fully back on line. And as of today everything on the motor home seems to be working as designed."

Last September we purchased our Arctic Fox travel trailer 29V from your dealership. A great experience - you took the time to explain all the equipment on our trailer even though it was late Saturday afternoon, also offered a place to spend the evening after our long 12 hour drive. We were unsure about bringing our trailer back to Canada, but you provided all the necessary documentation and everything went smoothly. Thank you Bill - we love our trailer and have spent many wonderful days enjoying our purchase.

Tuesday about 4:30PM I stopped by your parts dept to buy a holding tank wash out wand. As I was walking up to the counter I remembered I had left my wallet at work and put it back. As I was walking out the door one of your sales people asked if he could help. I explained the missing wallet and said I would come back tomorrow.
He asked if I needed it tonight and I said no, he still offered to let me take it with me and pay another day. I asked if I could call him and give him my debit card over the phone when I got home and he said "yes that would be fine." I told him he could write down my license number so he had a way to track me down if I didn't pay. He said "that was not necessary."
As it turned out I had a check book in the car that I remembered so wrote a check. The point is that that little bit of courtesy was greatly appreciated. You have made a life long customer out of me. The employee number on the receipt is 0015, please give him my thanks.
Thank You Paul W.

"We just bought a trailer last week (July 1). The salesperson, Becky, was awesome! She let us browse and helped us as needed...just the way we like it. Incidentally, the air conditioner didn't work. I called Becky and she made sure it was fixed the next work day. We are heading on vacation this week, so are totally thankful that they could replace the unit so fast so we could be on our way!"

"Yesterday (June 24) we dropped off our 2009 Arctic Fox for a warranty item. We were camping and had to cut short out outing due to a failed converter/charger as it turned out. Never did we think we would get our unit back the same day! Thanks to Kemit for making it happen and to all the technicians involved. This experience will influence our decision when we decide to trade again. In my experience it's the "after the sale" that counts."

"Hi Dave, Just wanted to thank you and your great staff for making our RV pickup and walk through so pleasant. We were road weary, having driven from Ca. to make our 2:00 apt., and through some mis-communication (more than likely my fault) we were a day early. No Problem. We were seated in the waiting room and offered coffee. Within 15 min. our new Nash was pulled into the shop and we were introduced. We are so pleased with it and can't wait to use it. Absolute quality product. Bless you and all the good folks at Broadmoor."

"After recently upgrading to Artic Fox 5th wheel, we were exceedingly pleased with the coach. The floor plan and all the amenities are beyond our expectations. Would like to also highly commend the transporter, Dave Frier, from Idaho. He was so easy to work with, and provided lots of insite in the hauling of 5th wheels. Joe, the salesman, and the young lady in finance, took extra steps to keep us informed of each step when purchasing this unit, and we felt very well taken care of."

Dear Jim:
I am writing to thank you for the complimentary winterize and the installation of the replacement latch on our Discovery.
I really appreciate the time and skill you and Bill applied to solving the wiring problem on the SMI auxiliary braking system. The system was indicating the brakes were on in the Jeep when I knew they should not be. I noticed that this occurred sometimes in the rain as well. I was concerned as the front brake pads had to be replaced again. You will recall the last time that all four brakes plus rotors had to be replaced as the brakes were being activated through the exhaust system.
You and Bill were able to inprove the SMI supplied fix as well as determine that there was some voltage feedback through the brake light system. I am thankful I did not have to resolve this on some long trip and wind up waiting several days for service.
I also want to tell you how much I appreciate the service and attitude provided by Kermit. He has a challenging job on the front line coping with the 5% of customers that can be difficult.
Thanks for making sure your top hands work on our rig.
Best Regards,
C. Hann W. Richland, WA
I wanted to share this story and my appreciation.
Yesterday (Friday, 11/14) I noticed that my turn signals and hazard lights on my 2003 Fleetwood Discovery were not working. I did some trouble shooting, checked all the fuses, etc. and then contacted Poulsbo RV in Kent, WA where we purchased the RV about 5 years ago. Needless to say, their Service Department could not be bothered. The Service Agent that took my call said “How do you expect us to solve an electrical problem over the phone? If you want us to help you, you’re going to need to make an appointment and bring it over here.” I explained her that I didn’t want to drive all the way there in my RV and have a technician tell me it was a hidden fuse or something simple I could have fixed myself. I convinced her to let me talk to a service technician and she said she’d have to relay the message and one of them would call me back. As you can imagine, I waited all day and they never called back.
This morning I decided to call your Service Department, since we now live in Ellensburg and have had our RV serviced at your facility about two years ago. Your Service Agent (lady) I spoke with was extremely cordial and put me straight through to Mitch. I explained to Mitch what was happening, what troubleshooting I had done, etc. He explained a couple other options I should check including trying to find the relay switches if I could, and where they might be located on my rig. He also told me where to check for some additional fuses, etc.
I did what he said and found the relay switches for both the hazard lights and the turn signals under the dash. In messing with them, the hazard lights started to work so I thought I had found the issue. I called him back and inquired about ordering 2 of the switches. He told me there was no need for that … and said I could get them at any auto parts store. I went down and picked up 2 replacements here in E-burg, installed them … and while I’d like to say they fixed the problem … it did not. However, in messing around with them I realized that if I moved the hazard switch on the column just right, the lights would work. I tilted the steering wheel down, and I’m happy to report everything started working. Tip it up … it flakes out. Tip it down … everything works great. Guess I have a pinched wire or something in the column.
My email is for 2 reasons. One: I’ll be making an appointment at Broadmoor in the near future to stop down and have this issue in the steering column fixed. As long as I don’t tip the wheel all the way forward, I think I’ll be fine. Two: I wanted to thank your staff in your Service Department (especially Mitch) for being professional, for taking time to help someone over the phone, etc. Far better service than I received from the company I purchased the RV from. Since my wife and I now live in Ellensburg, it’s about the same distance to Poulsbo RV in Kent as it is to your facility in Pasco. We won’t be taking our RV west for service anymore, and we won’t be going west when it’s time to replace it.
Thanks
Carmen and Linda

Ellensburg | 1st I want to thank you for being the most professional RV salesman I have met. I have dealt with a few sales people over my time and you do provide service and a fair price along with actually knowing the product line. Here in California most sales reps are kids and honestly I know more about their products than they do.
Again, I want to personally thank you for the service you have provided me thus far. I only wish other businesses could follow in your foot steps.
Thanks,
Chuck Riverside CA Proud Owner of a new 2008 Arctic Fox!
Mr Ramsey,
I am a loan officer at “The Union Credit Union” in Spokane Washington. (our named just changed today!!!!)
We cater to Union members and their families. A couple of months ago Jay and Ketra Stumpf bought a trailer there. Through the process I had the pleasure of dealing with Dave Schreiner a couple of times. He was so helpful and positive that the experience really stayed with me.
Last week I had a member come in to get pre-approved for a trailer. They had already picked one out at another dealership in another town. I strongly suggested that they give Broadmoor RV a call and speak to Dave to see what he had to offer them. They took my advice and I just received a purchase order for a 07 Layton.
Employees like Dave are rare. His positive attitude and good nature make it a pleasure to deal with him.
Sincerely, J. - Loan Officer
We really enjoyed our trip home in our new 2008 Nash. It fit in the slot that we have at home to park it. We're very happy campers.
We really appreciate the courteous and friendly service of your company. Everyone that we dealt with there was so helpful and kind. Please give our kind regards to all there.
Once again, thank you for all your help.
Kind Regards,
J. Grider Merced, CA
It feels good to be talking to our friends at Broadmoor RV. We are having a blast in our new Arctic Fox.
Thanks again for being so patient with us. We enjoyed doing business with you. Becky Grow was a fantaxstic sales person. We must have talked a dozen times over the phone about the sale. Each time she was always cheerful, friendly and full of laughter. A very nice experience.
We will be doing business with you again.
Sincerely, D. Jensen Idaho Falls, ID
We are writing to thank Kermit Boelow, Broadmoor RV's Service Advisor, for his professionalism and focus on his customers. We are in the process of relocating to the Tri-Cities area from Southern California. We arrived here at the end of the maiden voyage for a brand new Cougar fifth-wheel needing warranty work on numerous problems.
After a brief explanation of the sitation, Kermit assured me he would do his best to work with Keystone and make things right. He walked through the rig with me and wrote up a lengthy work order. Over the next several weeks he kept me informed as he persuaded the factory reps to fund doing fixes the right way. He was frustrated by the "Keystone way" but he usually prevailed and did the right thing for his customer. He and his crew did their best in correcting shoddy workmanship and very poor quality control by Keystone. Throughout, Kermit was a true gentleman and professional. He was involved, attentive and customer focused.
Kermit again came to the rescue last week when we removed our unit from storage and discovered a problem with both propane tanks. He took the lead in getting Keystone to replace the defective tanks within 24 hours! Once again, we were thrilled and amazed at his effectiveness. We have thanked Kermit but we wanted you to know what a treasure you have in him and would like you to thank him again for us. The entire RV Industry would enjoy a much better reputation and have many happier customers if there were more Kermits in important positions!

On the occasions that we have needed service Kermit and the whole gang at Broadmoor have treated us and our big yellow dog fantastic. We had a problem with the jacks and they came to our house and fixed them, we had a little problem with the slide out on the day we were leaving for vacation and they came to our home and then got it fixed at the shop immediately and we were able to leave on vacation as planned. " We both are really enjoying our Artic Fox 23-5A 5th wheel. We have used it on many occasions and plan several more this fall. We only found one problem, it had a split faucet in the bathroom sink. I bought a new one and fixed it myself. (When we awaiting to take it home, you found a bulged hot water tank and replaced it with a new one, The split faucet was on the hot water, so I think that this was in conjunction with the bulged hot water tank.
